Job Description

  • Market Research: Research and analyse target audience and trends in social commerce platforms.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms (e.g., product images, videos, descriptions).
  • Customer Engagement: Interact with customers on social media, answer queries, and build relationships.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a social commerce sales strategy, including stocks availability pricing, promotions, product placement. **Collaboration with E-Commerce Team
  • Platform Management: Manage and optimize social commerce platforms (e.g., setting up and updating product listings). – **Collaboration with E-Commerce Team
  • Analytics: * Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, engagement) and make data driven decisions. **Collaboration with E-Commerce Team
  • Managing Rurutiki Social Media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn (By progress)

Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience in digital marketing / live-host / content creation.
  • Bachelor degree in Public Relations / Mass Communication / Journalism / Advertising / Media / Marketing / English / International Business or Equivalent Qualifications
  • Good communication skills, independent, and fast learner.
  • Able to deliver quality content with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
