E-Retail Customer Executive

Job Description

1. Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty

2. Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs

3. Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation

4. Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data

5. To handle sales calls, emails and enquiries from existing or new customers

6. To assist in achieving sales target set by company

7. Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs

8. Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas

9. Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal

10. Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships

11. Present products to prospective clients

12. To coordinate with Production & Logistics personnel to convey/update delivery or shipment information to the customers

13. To assist in Identify, manage and secure existing and new account and continue to maintain a high level of sales achievement

14. To Provide good customer service to other departments and promote teamwork spirits among the sales team and with other departments

15. To educate and up-date customers regarding product information and specifications

16. Communication with different department to expedite workflow

17. Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information

18. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports

19. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness to ensure customer satisfaction

20. Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements

21. Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events

Requirements

1. Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationship

2. Strong in inventory management

3. In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

4. Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales and in other administrative positions will be considered a plus

5. Good computer skills (MS Office)

6. Proficiency in English and Malay
