Since the beginning of our operations, all cartons used across our fulfilment network have been made from 100% recycled paper.

As of 2025, we have we supported the use of 105.6 tonnes of recycled cartons, reducing reliance on virgin materials and lowering waste across our supply chain.

Sustainable Packaging Materials We actively minimise plastic usage in our operations.

By utilising air cushion and air void packaging, we have reduced plastic consumption by up to 75%, helping lower our carbon footprint while maintaining product protection and delivery efficiency.
