Recently, 17 team members from different departments across Rurutiki took part in a First Aid Training session, learning practical skills that could make a difference in an emergency.

While we hope we never have to put these skills into practice, it’s reassuring to know that more of our people are now better prepared to step in and help when it matters most: at work, at home, or in everyday life.

At Rurutiki, we’re always looking for ways to support our team’s growth. Sometimes that means building professional skills, and sometimes it means learning something that goes beyond the workplace and stays with you for life.
