About the job

Key Responsibilities:

To support all inbound and outbound operation activities involving documentation control and proper records using software system.
Daily update on inventory check.
Keeping stock control up to date, handling & monitoring inventory movement and arrangement and ensuring inventory accuracy.
To conduct physical inventory checking of warehouse.
Perform pick and pack task.
Ensure the stocks quality and quantity deliver to customer are in accordance with DO by Sales Team with prove of accurate documents.
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-worker’s
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
To undertake all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the immediate superior.
Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

Able to learn inventory software, databases and systems
At least 1 year of experience in Warehouse
Able to work/adapt in modern fast pace warehousing practices methods and environment, able to work independently & in a team.
Able to put in extra effort and willing to OT when necessary to ensure work is done within the given timeline.
Able to read and understand English.
Good organizational, planning and time management skills
Strong attention to details.
SPM qualification is required for this position.
Preferably candidate who is computer literate.
Ability to work well with all levels of the Company
Ability to drive forklift/reach truck is an added advantage
