E-Commerce Key Account Manager

Job Description

1. Build, manage and develop strong and healthy relationships with assigned key external parties including business partners, clients and marketplace personnel

2. Develop sales and marketing plans within the allocated budget to achieve designated KPI and goals for clients

3. Work closely with internal E-commerce teams to execute campaign sales plans including sales and stocks forecasting, graphic designs and chat performance

4. Lead and negotiate annual agreements with E-commerce partners, including but not limited to marketing investment and exposure leading to the growth of sales and online presence for e-commerce stores

5. Analyse store sales and SKU performance to identify potential issues and opportunities

6. Prepare monthly sales report and ad-hoc reports for business reviews with clients and management team

7. Assist E-Commerce Manager to identify market trends, industry trends, develop new Ecommerce tools and develop new business with new clients


1. Degree holder with minimum 3 years of experience in client management role in ECommerce or FMCG industry

2. Strong desire to excel with proven track record and constantly developing new ideas

3. Strong understanding of e-commerce industry and trends

4. Previous experience in leading and managing a team is preferred

5. Strong analytical skills and detail oriented

6. Good presentation skills, communication skills and negotiation skills
