E-Commerce Key Account Manager (Full Time)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) growth for assigned brands.
Manage and cultivate strong relationships with key personnel at marketplace platforms to unlock growth opportunities, co-marketing initiatives, and exclusive collaborations.
Plan, negotiate, and secure brand exposure during monthly campaigns, mega sales events, and key online activations.
Liaise directly with clients to ensure alignment on campaign calendars, assortment planning, promotional mechanics, and performance expectations.
Manage Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budgets strategically to optimize campaign ROI, ensuring efficient allocation and impactful results.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure smooth execution of activities.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance; generate insightful reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for growth.
Provide accurate sales forecasting and work closely with inventory teams to ensure optimal stock availability to support sales targets.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in key account or brand management within the e-commerce or digital retail environment.
Proven track record of managing online campaigns and marketplace relationships (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Proactive, agile, and entrepreneurial with a solution-driven mindset.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
