About the job

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update product listings on our e-commerce platform(s), including product descriptions, images, pricing.
Collaborate with graphic designer to produce new PDP campaign based on memo that we receive.
Collaborate with Customer Engagement team to communicate if there is any issue arise from the customer.
Coordinate with KAM and inventory team to ensure timely product launches, promotions, and updates.
Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Will be communicating with warehouse department if there are any changes in terms of product image & inventory.
In charge to provide solution if there is any issue occur such as OOS, product damage etc.
To perform ad hoc task from hiring manager if needed.

Requirements:

Possess at least Diploma and/or 1 to 2 years of related experience in E-Commerce Admin.
Willing to learn and take up new challenges
Able to adapt in the fast pace working environment and putting in extra effort and time to fulfil customer orders
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, time management, enthusiastic, self-motivated, problem-solving skills, energetic and result-oriented
Required languages: English & Bahasa Melayu
Required skills: Microsoft Office – Excel, Words, Power Point
