About the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings on our e-commerce platform(s), including product descriptions, images, pricing.
- Collaborate with graphic designer to produce new PDP campaign based on memo that we receive.
- Collaborate with Customer Engagement team to communicate if there is any issue arise from the customer.
- Coordinate with KAM and inventory team to ensure timely product launches, promotions, and updates.
- Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Will be communicating with warehouse department if there are any changes in terms of product image & inventory.
- In charge to provide solution if there is any issue occur such as OOS, product damage etc.
- To perform ad hoc task from hiring manager if needed.
Requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma and/or 1 to 2 years of related experience in E-Commerce Admin.
- Willing to learn and take up new challenges
- Able to adapt in the fast pace working environment and putting in extra effort and time to fulfil customer orders
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, time management, enthusiastic, self-motivated, problem-solving skills, energetic and result-oriented
- Required languages: English & Bahasa Melayu
- Required skills: Microsoft Office – Excel, Words, Power Point
