Job Description

-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive
job descriptions.

-Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the

-Utilize various recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, and professional
networks, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

-Build and maintain relationships with universities, industry associations, and other talent
pipelines to proactively source candidates.

-Conduct reference checks and coordinate background checks for selected candidates.

-Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate

-Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and changes in employment legislation to
adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.

-Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and facilitate a smooth transition into the


-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

-Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter in a fast-paced environment.

-Familiarity with Malaysian employment laws and regulations.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

-Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team.
