Job Description
Responsible for providing support to internal customers on IT application and infrastructure services in the company, with support from vendors and IT service providers.
1. To help perform asset and inventory management of IT related hardware and software purchased
2. To be involved in technical discussion with internal customers and external vendors related to IT services on regular basis
3. Ensure IT documentations are properly kept
4. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
5. Setting up new accounts for new users
6. Monitor and ensure IT SOP is adhere at all time and escalate if found any suspicious issue / tempered in company IT asset / network / software by end user
7. Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level
8. Responsible to establish Security Risk assessments & Capacity Planning
9. Ensure IT documentations are properly kept
10. Arrange weekly call with vendor on pending task
11. Maintain e-commerce and Warehouse Management System
Requirements
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
2. Minimum 1 year of working experience in IT operation environment for Junior Position
3. Minimum 2 – 3 year of working experience in IT operation environment
4. A self-starter with proven initiatives to learn new technologies
5. Familiar with installation, configuration and administration of supporting systems, servers, network infrastructure and firewall
6. Good communication, verbal and written skills in English
7. Additional Skills: MS SQL, Microsoft Excel Scripting, Microsoft Teams, Networking, EWMS, Syspro
